Just For Myself

Lately, I have been tossing around in my head a quick way of a good and healthy grab and go that would use ingredients my roommates do not like and I can have just for myself. This idea led me to various websites. What did I come up with you ask?

Freezer bean burritos

My roommates do not like black beans, eggs, rice and rarely American cheese.

If you take a peek at Sparkrecipes, Sparkpeople even has quite a few recipes for freezer bean burritos.

All you do is roll those babies up, wrap in foil and freeze. When you are hungry, grab one from the freezer, unwrap and microwave for a few minutes!

Now I have something just for myself that is just healthy, frugal and tasty.
